Abstract

Phosphorylation, dissociation and bimolecular reaction constants were determined for a number of fluoro 1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane 2-oxide derivatives in the presence of substrate. The data are discussed in terms of the steric effects of dioxaphosphorinane ring substituents on the kinetic and dissociation constants for the inhibition reaction.
