Abstract
Entrepreneur is a person who has the expertise to sell, from offering ideas to commodities in the form of products or services. With his creativity, an entrepreneur is able to adapt to various situations and environmental conditions. In the economy, entrepreneurship is the reason how important it is developed. This study aims to determine how the influence of income expectations, entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, motivation and family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of SMEs in the District of North Denpasar. The sample of this study used a proportional random sampling method, where the total population used was 11,059 MSMEs and the sample used in this study was 100 MSMEs. The data used are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The dependent variable used is MSME entrepreneurial interest while the independent variables used are income expectations, entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, motivation and family environment. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results showed partially that the income expectations, self-efficacy and family environment variables had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial interest of SMEs in North Denpasar, while entrepreneurship education and motivation did not affect the entrepreneurial interests of SMEs in North Denpasar.
