Abstract
The theory differs from the practice and the practice of the functioning of the EU has proven that this political entity is perfectly capable to organize systematically its competencies, bringing the question of existing demos, in classical terms, as a prerequisite for buffering the EU democratic deficit and the vast literature and debates on the topic, to a level of small-impact relevance. In the following essay, the relevance of demos will be presented, both as a constitutional element of the EU’s democratic deficit and its mutual influence with the European dynamism.
