Abstract

Dispositional optimism (the tendency to expect positive outcomes after personal challenges), is a transdiagnostic resilience factor associated with widespread health benefits including reduced mortality. Our objective was to evaluate whether early pregnancy dispositional optimism (DO) was associated with perinatal outcomes.
