Abstract
The displacement of the tooth into the fascial spaces is an unusual complication in the procedure of third molar extraction surgery. The present article reported three cases regarding the displaced teeth in the third molar extraction, including two mandible cases and one maxillary case. The reason and treatment of the displaced tooth were reviewed.
