Abstract

The purpose is to develop principles of intra-and postoperative preventive measures against thromboembolic complications in gynaecologic patients with haemostasis system defects. The methods of examining the haemostasis system status included the determination of the platelets level, platelets aggregation, activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), plasma coagulation time, prothrombin time, international normalized ratio (INR), concentration of fibrinogen in plasma, antithrombin III activity, and D-dimer. A comprehensive analysis of the haemostasis and fibrinolysis system was carried out with the ARP-01 “Mednord” portable analyser of blood rheological properties. Obtained results were statistically processed with the SPSS v.20.0 software (Providence Software Solutions, Inc., USA) with Student's t-test and Mann-Whitney U-test. The comparison of dependent variables used the Wilcoxson W-test. The significance of differences in qualitative attributes was analysed during the frequency analysis with Fisher's exact test and the chi-squared test. The study suggests two differentiated approaches to the prescription of intravenous laser irradiation of blood, based on hemocoagulogram indicators that reflect the structural and chronometric properties of the formed clot.
