Abstract

Abstract Thirty-eight varieties of processing and field peas were tested for resistance to Pea Top Yellows Virus, Pea Mosaic Virus, and Fusarium Wilt. Results show that very few varieties have the desired combinations of disease resistance and other necessary qualities. This indicates the need for a comprehensive breeding programme.
