Abstract

For the most part, orbital floor fracture repair can be successfully accomplished with alloplastic implants or autogenous grafts using a variety of surgical exposures. The goal of such surgery is to restore the eye to its preoperative status. Unfortunately, there are always a few patients in whom this does not seem possible.
