Abstract
Microinstabilities associated with a cold, low $nu$/$gamma$, intense relativistic electron beam passing through a cold underdense ion background are studied. A one-dimensional homogeneous model is assumed. A restriction was made to the relativistic electron-ion longitudinal two-stream instability. (MOW)
