Abstract

In China due to the scale of large projects too large and complex, which many deep-seated problems have also exposed in the implementation process. This paper analyzes the problems of the management model for the government and owners, management level, centralization and decentralization, public bidding and the management after bidding, the overall coordination of supervision, construction general contracting management and labor management etc., and put forward a decentralized self-organizing management model and some enlightening recommendations with the author's practical construction experiences of large projects in the Guangzhou University Town, the University Park in Zhuhai and so on.
