Abstract

The oil spill emergency response at sea showed that the oil spill dispersant was an effective measure to deal with oil leakage and had wide application prospect both at home and abroad. There were many factors influencing the oil spill dispersant application effectiveness. It was necessary to realize the simulation of the real marine environment as far as possible, and all related influencing factors were controllable for oil spill dispersant application effectiveness test. Combined with the existing domestic and foreign research, analysis of oil spill dispersant application effect influencing factors and the existing test device design, the paper proposed a controllable wave tank, which can simulate the real marine environment, discussed the design size and provided the basis for oil spill dispersant application effectiveness test.
