Abstract
Recently, Zeineldin et al. proposed Dual Setting Over Current Relays (DSOCRs) application in looped distribution networks [1] . Application of DSOCRs separates primary and back up roles of relays and relieves protection coordination constraint. Authors reported a significant reduction in relays operating times.
