Abstract
“NorthwestQishould be scattered and cooled” is the earliest recapitulation of adjust measures to local conditions. This paper elaborated its theory and practice, so as to remind our modern doctors pay more attention to disease prevention and treatment in different geographical environments, not only improve and develop its theory, but also innovate its use,by deepening the understanding of diagnosis and treatment.
