Abstract

Objectives To investigate the correlation between breast cancer patients' satisfaction about clinical care and the rehabilitation effect,and to assess the effect of clinical nursing intervention on perioperative patients with breast cancer.Methods 44 patients were recruited to complete questionnaires,covering satisfactory about nursing care quality,working ability,care and communication and health education.The results were statistically analyzed with the patients' rehabilitation situation.Results Patients who were more satisfied with the nursing care would get better rehabilitation.In the meantime,the patients would have less psychological problems and complications.Conclusion The quality of nursing care within the perioperative period will directly affect the breast cancer patients' rehabilitation and their quality of life (QOL).Performing good clinical nursing care during the patients' perioperative time will elevate the clinical efficacy,increase the patients' physical and mental health status,and improve their QOL.
