Abstract

The article analyzes the current theoretical research on criminal procedure law policy and criminal procedure theory in dealing with corruption offenses and corrupt property recovery. On that basis, it suggests orientations for researching criminal procedure law policies, orientations for researching the theory of criminal procedures in dealing with corruption offenses and improving the efficiency of corrupt property recovery.
