Abstract

AbstractIndustry 4.0 is about digitization and incorporating monitoring, tracking, and analyzing analytics technologies to supply chain management and improving operational proficiency and efficiency. Industry 4.0 empowers the assembling part to become digitalized by using sensors and other electronic devices for all intents and purposes in all assembling segments, items, and gear. This paper discusses the impact of industry 4.0 to agriculture supply chain. A thorough literature review was done in industry 4.0, and how it can be applied to the agriculture supply chain. The study was mainly done through secondary data, including research papers, articles, and journals published. The findings indicate that the digitization of the agriculture supply chain industry can yield several benefits in many agriculture supply chain functions. It also shows how efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction can be met through industry 4.0 in agriculture supply chain management.
