Abstract

Because the voltage capability of power MOSFET is low, this paper describes the application of multilevel inverter in series resonance high frequency induction heating power supply, which may realize high output power. The work mode of inverter easy to harmonics control which can improve the utilization ratio of supply is analyzed. The operation process of a passive lossless snubber circuit is investigated for restraining the reverse recovery current in diode, and corresponding parameters design method is presented. Finally, the simulation and experimentation results of 500 KHz induction heating power supply are given
