Abstract
This paper was written as a personal portrayal of the discriminatory experiences that participated in the education of a woman now working as a professor in medicine. The experiences span undergraduate college, graduate school, and present employment. Issues include discriminatory practices in undergraduate education, sexual exploits of professors in undergraduate and graduate school, role differentiation difficulties, child bearing, and why women don't retaliate. Issues and problems are discussed and problem solutions are proposed.
