Although many previous studies have examined how differences in writing proficiency are related to certain linguistic features, much more research is needed to provide a coherent understanding and more reliable predictors of L2 writing proficiency. In this vein, this study tried to fill this gap by identifying linguistic features to represent different proficiency levels of Korean EFL learners
