Abstract

In this paper, the discrete fractional-order Halanay inequality with distributed delays is introduced. Then, based on the generalized discrete fractional Halanay inequality and Lyapunov functional method, several novel Mittag-Leffler stability and synchronization conditions of discrete fractional-order neural network systems with distributed delays are derived. Finally, an example is given to illustrated one of the results.
