Abstract
Abstract Apart from the institute’s role in honing graduates, the role of industries plays a crucial role. In India, where unemployment is on the rise, MoU’s between the institutions and the industries could prove to be a vital solution for increasing employment opportunities. The modern application of engineering concepts of various departments can be exposed to the academicians only when they get industrial experience. The different methods through which professional knowledge could be provided to the academicians and the various essential skill set that could be seeded for a quality employment are briefed.
