Abstract
The intersection of AI and the pharmaceutical domain represents a fundamental transformation offering novel possibilities to accelerate the drug design and development timeline by enhancing precision in therapeutic modalities. We focused on the amalgamation of these two domains in a strategic view of bringing out the potential and précised drug candidates by overcoming the challenges triggered by traditional formulation methods. Our aim is to thoroughly analyze the diverse applications of AI from its significant contribution to target identification and authentication of its influence on clinical trial optimization. Functioning as an intellectual guide, this systematic review directs readers through the undiscovered area where the zones of artificial intelligence and pharmaceutical sciences collaborate.
