Abstract

A new delay-independent stability analysis toolbox (DISAt) for use with the Matlab has been developed. The algorithm based on the new necessary and sufficient algebraic criteria for delay-independent stability of a class of neutral differential systems is implemented in this toolbox. This toolbox can be applied in testing the delay-independent stability of a class of neutral differential systems. Moreover, the maximal delay bound guaranteeing stability can be computed if the system is not delay-independent stable. The use of the toolbox is illustrated by several examples. Finally, a link to downloadable code is provided.
