Abstract
The Disaster Information Management Research Center (DIMRC) was created by the Specialized Information Services (SIS) Division of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to provide comprehensive disaster health information related to natural, accidental, or deliberate disasters and for all stages of disaster management efforts. The DIMRC Web site contains a dynamic, well-organized collection of resources and tools for use by public health officials, first responders, emergency physicians, and other health care professionals, medical students, and residents. This article provides a general overview of the Web site and describes the unique content included among the resources.
