Abstract

This article seeks to discuss the value and effectiveness of the Acts of Parliament and the Reports highlighted earlier in this series, specifically how effective were these Parliamentary Acts and independent Reports In tackling and preventing disability discrimination and to try and gauge whether these documents were ‘fit for purpose’.
