Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the configuration of the right to education in the educational legislation of Angola and Brazil. Therefore, was realized a bibliografycal and documental research with a qualitative approach. The source document is constituted by the Federal Constitutions and current educational legislation in both countries. The discussion was about the confrontation with the legal orders and the reflections raised by the literature of the field, looking to highlight similarities and differences relating to the guarantee of the right to education in their respective countries, whose reality needs investigations.
