Abstract

In the conditions of globalization of the world economy, a strong competitive environment prevails in the banking sector. In such a competitive environment, the successful implementation of business models with the introduction of new products and services with the advancement of information technology is the key to conquering and maintaining the relevant market segments. Therefore, the development and implementation of an innovative strategy aimed at the optimization of resource potential management, customer satisfaction, as well as the development and technical improvement of services in order to adequately respond to the requirements of the times is the most important direction of the effective activity of banks. The main vectors of development of bank innovations are considered in the article.
