Abstract

In order to achieve the national development goals of the Russian Federation until 2030 and maintain sustainable economic growth rates, considerable attention is paid to the state financial policy, its transformation taking into account global challenges and shocks. In this regard, the documents of international and intergovernmental organizations on the adjustment of national financial policies in the post-pandemic period are being analyzed as part of the search for universal tools to ensure inclusive and sustainable economic growth while unconditionally ensuring the effectiveness of public spending. The analysis allows to conclude that the scientific basis of transformation is the concept of "sustainable finance" now used in the public administration sector, strategic priorities for the development of national economies in the post-pandemic period are designed to be research and innovation, green economy and digital economy, ensuring economic and social sustainability, the revision of national financial policies will occur in accordance with these priorities. This study reveals the priority directions and tools for the transformation of national financial policies that can be taken into account in Russian practice.
