Abstract

In this article stability analysis of synchronous electrical machines with different connections in feed system is considered. Conditions of load change, under which the transient process is stable, are found. The automatic torque control is suggested for synchronous electrical machines. It allows to improve stability of these machines. The existence conditions of second-kind limit cycles are found. Also it is shown that these conditions are not fulfilled when the automatic control is sufficiently powerful. The numerical modeling is done.
