Abstract
The oxidant H2O2 is generated in situ in this clean, one‐step conversion of propylene into propylene oxide. Contrary to expectations, the catalyst—palladium on titanium silicalite—does not require methanol for activity, and solvent‐based side reactions are avoided by conducting the reaction in CO2.
