Abstract
Jejunal feeding may be accomplished by placement of nasojejunal feeding tubes, PEG tube placement with jejunal extension (JETPEG), and direct percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy (DPEJ). A case is described in which a DPEJ was placed by passing an endoscope through a mature gastrostomy tract.
