Direct imaging of visible-light-induced one-step charge separation at the chromium(iii) oxide–strontium titanate interface

Abstract

One-step charge separation at the interface of chromium(iii) oxide and strontium titanate was revealed by Kelvin probe microscopy (KPFM) and the photodeposition technique. This unique mechanism leads to visible-light-active photocatalysis.
