A nonlinear fibre Sagnac interferometer switch with an integrated silica-based planar lightwave circuit is reported. Diode-pumped time-division demultiplexing is demonstrated at 50.4 Gbit/s with a 13 ps switching time and a 5.6 GHz repetition rate
