Abstract

Dear Editor, Updrawn or peaked pupil is the embarrassing for Patients and ophthalmologists if it occurs after cataract surgery. Vision can be compromised if the iris is covering the visual axis. There can be glare or blurring of image or both can occur. This condition occur after cataract surgery due to complications like posterior capsular rent, decentered IOL, optic capture, iris trauma, left cortical matter etc. other condition like iris coloboma can cause this problem.
