Abstract
This research is to describe the dynamics of the Mekar Farmer Group in Field Village, Mapanget District, Manado City, which is studied from the elements of group dynamics. This research was carried out for three months from August to October 2022. The sampling technique was for all members of the Mekar farmer group as many as 10 respondents. The research uses primary data obtained directly from respondents through interviews based on a list of questions and questionnaires that have been prepared. Secondary data was obtained from books, literature, or articles as well as agencies/institutions of the Agriculture, Maritime and Fisheries Services. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results showed that the dynamics of the Mekar Farmers group in the Field Village, Mapanget District, Manado City was categorized as dynamic, with elements of group dynamics obtaining a score of 880 with a percentage of 73.3% being categorized as dynamic. But in each of the elements there are still those that are less dynamic, namely the elements of group objectives and group functions. Because of that, each of the elements must be improved again, such as group goals and group functions
