Abstract

The concept of distance education is changing with time, places, and people. At its most basic level, distance education takes place when a teacher and students are separated temporally and spatially. Not too long ago, distance learners were also separated physically and temporally from educational resources, which resulted in delays in obtaining responses to their queries, accessing library resources, and communicating with peers.
