Abstract
This study presents a reflection about the dialogue between knowledges in mental health care construction, understanding such care as a multiple-meaning social construction that presents different voices and implications for daily life. From the constructionist perspective, according to the social psychology approach, the contents were described and analyzed in three thematic categories, namely: the construction of care in mental health: an invitation to the dialogue; knowledges which intertwine in the practice of interdisciplinarity, the challenge of social participation.The purpose is to contribute to the dialogue on the issue and encourage other ideas, create changes in the field of care production in mental health.

Contudo o campo da saúde mental ainda é em grande parte um produto do contexto modernista, cujas premissas dão ênfase ao conhecimento sistemático e objetivo das patologias mentais — sua causa, localização, diagnóstico e como pode ser eliminada — e todo tipo de linguagem desviante e deficitária.[1]
Nota-se que “[...] dizer como algo se chama não é simplesmente nomeálo ou falar sobre isso: é num sentido real, convocá-lo a ser como foi nomeado”.3:176 Incorporar idéias deficitárias à própria identidade ou ao processo de trabalho, por exemplo, podem significar barreiras na construção de novas práticas

This study presents a reflection about the dialogue between knowledges in mental health care construction, understanding such care as a multiple-meaning social construction that presents different voices and implications for daily life. Este estudo teve por objetivo refletir acerca do diálogo entre saberes na construção do cuidado em saúde mental, compreendendo-o enquanto uma construção social dotada de múltiplos sentidos, vozes e implicações no cotidiano.
