Abstract

The development of a tourism village not only requires the participation of local communities in all stages of development from the planning, implementation, and monitoring stages, but also the use of technology in the planning of the tourism village area. The digitization of regional planning provides opportunities for aspects of legal certainty, especially in relation to violations of spatial planning in the development of tourism villages. This study finds that digitalization in regional planning will reduce violations of regional planning in the development of tourism villages in Indonesia. The use of technology through digitalization has the effect of legal certainty and clarity regarding which areas may and may not be used in the development of tourism villages. This will provide convenience for local and village governments in developing their tourism villages.
