Abstract

Digital production and export means the introduction of digital technologies into the production process of transport and agricultural machinery of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cooperation with Russia with subsequent export deliveries. The relevance of this topic lies in the justification that digital technologies and law ensure the efficiency of these plants. This goal can be achieved in the future by solving the problems of implementing the industrial Internet of Things, Big Data, augmented reality, artificial intelligence systems, 3D-printing. In the order of forecasting, new Kazakh laws on the digitalization of mechanical engineering are proposed for development and adoption, taking into account the legislative and technological experience of Russia, as well as new international universal conventions on the procedure for solving global problems of digital technologies in the field of industry and mechanical engineering.
