Abstract
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a rapid emerging tool of automation technology based on concept of software robots or Artificial Intelligence (AI). RPA utilises software that encapsulate artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities to handle high-volume, repeatable tasks that previously required a human to perform. This paper threads upon how a specific unit in the Airline industry should leverage this technology which would enable effective commercial gains by reduction in operating cost as well as ensuring 100% accuracy.
