Abstract

With the development of society, power communication plays an indispensable role in our life, so it’s great important to research digital transmission of voltage signal. Based on MATLAB simulation, this paper studies the digital transmission of voltage analog signal, including pulse code modulation(PCM), signal demodulation and recovery of digital signal. We use A-law to code the signal which is widely adapted in China by simulation, we can find only when the sampling theorem is satisfied can the signal be transmitted to the receiver without distortion. As a result, the sampling satisfies the sampling theorem is the basis for the correct transmission of the analog signal.
