Abstract

In the article, based on intellectual property (IP) analytics tools, digital tools for conducting research with the aim of determining the notoriety of IP objects, using the example of the notoriety of a work and a character, have been researched and tested. Digital tools are used as an alternative to conducting sociological research. The list and characteristics of the digital tools used in this study and recommended for future use are provided. The method of conducting an examination of the notoriety of IP objects, taking into account the use of modern digital tools of IP analysis, is proposed. Digital technologies provide new opportunities to simplify examination, registration procedures, commercialization, protection of rights and circulation of intangible assets in the digital space. IP analytics is a powerful tool that provides valuable insights to both businesses and lawyers. By analyzing IP data, companies can protect their rights, identify market trends, assess competition, make strategic decisions and drive innovation. This is the most important component of a comprehensive strategy in the field of IP.
