Abstract
The article considers the rental factors of land payments, providing development of competition and industrialization of economy. To update the soil characteristics necessary for substantiation of subsidies and part of the rental income subject to taxation, the technology of creation of electronic soil maps based on archive data in the QGIS environment are proposed in this article. The study are based on the theory of rental income as an increase in normal yield from the quality of soil and economic factors, determined by the materials of soil surveys, which can be updated in a digital environment using digital technology and GIS systems.
