Abstract
ABSTRACT Digital Storytelling as a pedagogical tool in higher education is still an emerging technology with great potential for growth and innovation. While there has been a growing interest in the pedagogies of storytelling, its adaptation in digital classrooms is not yet fully realized. This paper reports on a current project developed within the social work program that focuses on applying programmatic approach to assessment and curriculum design using digital storytelling. The project was designed to create safe and supported learning environment for students that encourages the development of practice skills while exploring sensitive topics and issues pertinent to working with children.
