Abstract
ABSTRACT Roadmapping is a widely known methodology to aid technological planning within organizations, and its use has been extended to inter-organizational collaborative contexts. During the pandemic, teams were compelled to work remotely and adapt to this new reality. This article brings a case study of a collaborative digital roadmap developed for the Brazilian glass industry, including workshops and tools. As a result, it was possible to investigate the digital roadmapping process and how it affects collaborative applications.
