Abstract

In a power supply system where an input voltage of a dc-dc converter fluctuates, a current mode control dc-dc converter, which is robust to this fluctuation is suitable. This paper discusses influence of delay time included in a voltage loop and current loop on dynamic characteristics of a digital peak current mode control dc-dc converter. Moreover, to verify its robustness against the input voltage fluctuation, its transient response is compared with a voltage mode control dc-dc converter.
