What does hyperlocal mean in a non‐urban context? Katharine Willis – Associate Professor in Digital Environments at Plymouth University's School of Art, Design and Architecture – considers what happens when rural‐dwellers use technology to connect in real time both within and beyond their village, by examining a Cornwall project that has involved a series of innovative socio‐digital interventions.
