Digital Legacy Post Mortem - Data mortality as part of digital life - An analysis from the perspective of Human Computer Interaction researches in Brazil

Abstract

This article presents the results of a systematic literature review (RSL) on data mortality as part of digital life. Articles related to the great research challenge in Human-Computer Interaction in Brazil Human Values were analyzed, specifically to legal digital postmortem. These articles were published between the years 2012 and 2020. This research indexed 14 articles from the Search string, and all of them were analyzed to answer the research questions based on the exclusion criteria. This research's most significant contribution is to raise this theme within Computer Science, specifically in Human-Computer Interaction. This article discusses social and technological aspects that can be a source of consultation for both software engineers or interaction designers, as well as for researchers from different areas to deepen their investigations.
