Achieving the objectives is associated with the solution of the following issues: substantiate the segmentation of the global labor market into digital and traditional; analyze the segments; research the transformation of the labor process; identify the benefits and risks of digital (virtual) employment. The object of the study is the global labor market, and the subject is its special segment - the digital labor market.
