Abstract

In the era of the emerging digital economy, how digital inclusive finance contributes to rural revitalization is a hot topic. Based on panel data of 31 Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2020, this paper investigates the relationship between digital inclusive finance and rural revitalization using a panel model and an instrumental variable model and analyzes the moderating effect of the level of traditional financial development on this relationship, the results show that: digital inclusive finance has a positive effect on rural revitalization; there is a complementary effect between the level of traditional financial development and digital inclusive finance.
